That’s such a tough question! I think I’m still very early in my career so I’d say 7 or 8. I still have so much to learn, even now.
I think we should all try to improve and get better no matter how good we are at our jobs.

That’s so tough! Even if you are a senior scientist or doctors you still have things to lean! I think I’d be somewhere in the middle!

Ooooh good question. I would say about a 6..I am purely basing this on the fact i have been working for quite a long time but still have a lot more to learn. I dont think you every get to 10. This is one of the things i love about science that there is always more to learn!!

It depends what you are rating yourself on. If it is on your knowledge and/or skills, then like the others I still have lots to learn (even though I have been a nurse for 30 years!), so maybe a 7 or so, but if it is on kindness, warmth, listening to people, which are all vital skills in healthcare, maybe an 8 or 9. 🙂

That’s hard. I think I have the potential to be an 8 or 9 because I am very interested in my work and work hard. (I have to lose at least one mark for not being very confident having difficult conversations with patients.) Because my department is so busy, I can’t do as much of the interesting work as I want to, so that probably takes me down to a 7.
