Heart cancer is actually pretty rare! This might because the heart cells dont replace themselves very often and it is normally when this happens that cancer starts. Also, the heart isnt exposed to many toxic things that casn cause cancer. For example, it is hidden away from the sun (which can cause skin cancer), not affected directly by smoke your breathe in (which can cause lung cancer). It is probably good that it is rare because it would be very difficult to treat! You cannot just remove parts of the heart very easily.
