I really love learning. I think the thirst for knowledge is a key trait that all scientists share and helps drive us on.

I generally enjoy learning lots of random facts and regularly go to a local pub quiz in Edinburgh.

Absolutely! There are so many cool things out there to learn about. Every day I learn something new. I really enjoy playing quiz games so the more I learn the better I am 🙂

Yes absolutely, learning doesn’t stop at school or university and you don’t only learn during a class or lesson. We learn things all the time, which is good for personal development, being able to better yourself or improving your knowledge. Everyday is a school day! 🤓

Oh my goodness, yes!! I have been studying pretty much my whole life, and there is so much more to find out about. When I retire from work I think I will go back to university and study another degree just for fun!

Definitely! That’s why I have so many things going on in my life – there just isn’t enough time for everything I want to do and learn.
When you are working, it would be boring doing the same things all the time – work is fun when you are learning new ways of doing things or starting a new project.
