• Question: Do you work in multiple places ?

      Yes. Although I work on critical care, there are ICUs in the different hospitals within the the central site of the University Manchester Trust. So we work between the ICUs on the adults hospital, the children’s hospital and St Mary’s hospital.

      I tend to just work in my lab but I do get chance s to go around the work talking about my findings

      Sort of – I mainly work at the university, but I also spend time in the hospital, and sometimes I travel for conferences, which is a great part of the job! 🙂

      Yes, we have three hospitals in my area and we also see people in other local medical centres. For people who cannot leave their home, we go and visit them.
