  I find it a really challenging but fulfilling job. I know that I will probably only contribute a tiny bit of knowledge towards our understanding of cancer, but if everyone works together and clusters that knowledge, we can achieve anything, even curing cancer!
  
  You have the right attitude right away! Being determined and driven is a key part of a scientists job. You should take advantage of any outreach activities that take place near you and never be afraid to ask questions (a good scientists always asks questions!)
